JOIN OUR 4 WEEK APRIL PITCHING CAMP! With Professional Miami Marlins High A pitching coach Jason Erikson.
This pitching camp is designed for you to work on your pitching skills, get REAL hands on instruction from a professional pitching coach, and to prepare you for your upcoming seasons!
This camp will focus on:
1. Throwing – drills and the importance of it as it transitions to pitching. Long toss and some items that will help add arm strength
2. Delivery/Mechanics – Basics on what to look for
3. Pitch development – changeups for all groups and touching on breaking ball work for older players
4. Solid bullpen routines – structuring their work so it’s organized and they can improve on all pitches.
5. Intro to arm care – band work for pre throwing warm up and some post throwing items as well

DATES: MONDAYS, APRIL 8TH, 15TH, 22ND, & 29TH
TIMES: 5PM-6:15 (9U-12U) PM | 6:30PM-7:45PM (13U-18U)
